T. Comiso for my work on the Antarctic Sea Ice Atlas. • I was commended for developing a high-speed modem network for GE factories throughout North America. • I activated Greenbelt Access Television by producing a number of cable television programs, became Vice President for programming, and helped build a studio in the new Community Center.
